Procedure of registration

Participants of German projects have to provide the following forms (see also these AWI pages):

• The Personal Questionaire, sign, and send the form to the logistics secretariat.
• A medical questionnaire  (PDF)
• A form to require personal equipment from AWI's store (if wanted) is available from the  expeditions page
